Collaboration through Cuisine in Paris

We arranged for a recent group of clients to spend an afternoon immersed in Paris’s world-renowned tradition of exquisite cuisine.

Guests were divided into teams of 10 and coached by an accomplished (some might say famous) chef. It all started with a shopping tour of the local market to choose the finest seasonal products, with the chef helping out along the way.

This was not a day of sampling—the chef helped our guests choose ingredients for an entire menu of deliciousness. When the teams returned from the market and began to cook, the chef was there helping, demonstrating, and joking as the meal transformed from concept to complete in just about an hour. Of course, being in Paris, wine was sipped throughout the process, and the chef even helped us pair local wines with each dish.

Many of our guests gushed that the meal was one of the best they’d ever had. The event was not only a delightful introduction to Parisian culture and cuisine, it was a fun way to bring these employees closer together than ever.
