In an effort to better serve our clients, we have decided to change our business model somewhat. United States and Canada are large countries with so many destinations. We recognize that we just cannot serve all destinations if we want to be the best. Consequently, we have spent the past several weeks realigning our services in order to be better positioned to provide our clients with improved service levels—including preferred access to unique venues, preferential relations with top-rated hotels, and advantageous partnerships with key suppliers. This, we believe, will enable us to be recognized as a leading DMC in the markets we have elected to serve as our primary destinations: Chicago (including the farm country), New York, Miami-Orlando corridor, Las Vegas and San Francisco in the US and Toronto (including Niagara Falls) in Canada. In the coming months, we will be dedicating additional resources to these selected markets including exciting product development coupled with new local program managers—with the ultimate goal of opening offices in all of these destinations.
We are also excited to announce that we have elected to offer FIT services in Chicago. We will soon appoint an FIT manager who will be our focal person for that business. Please note that FIT services will only be offered in Chicago.
With the new focus, we are confident that we will be able to bring to the table enhanced creativity, competitiveness in pricing and better on-site support for our clients at any of the above destinations. Effective immediately, therefore, we will only entertain requests for these destinations.
